Iran Strikes U.S. Military Base in Saudi Arabia Leaving 12 American Troops Wounded

Iran launched a military strike on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia — a critical U.S. military installation. A U.S. official confirmed the attack to Reuters on Friday, escalating tensions further.

The strike wounded 12 U.S. troops — 2 of them seriously. The attack marked yet another blow to American forces stationed in the region, as the Iran conflict grows deadlier by the day.

The war against Iran began on February 28 — and since then, more than 300 U.S. military service members have been wounded in the escalating and brutal conflict across the region.

Earlier on Friday, the U.S. military confirmed 273 wounded troops had already returned to duty — showing rapid recovery, but also exposing how relentless Iran’s strikes on American forces have truly become.

So far, 13 U.S. troops have been killed in the conflict with Iran — a grim and growing reminder of the devastating human cost this war is inflicting on American military families.

Meanwhile in Tehran, women walked past a ballistic missile launch vehicle during a rally on February 11, 2026 — marking the 47th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic revolution, a display of military defiance.
